Maphuza Dambuza is a 76-year-old grandmother who has been part of the Monkeybiz family for since 2000 as a COLLECTIBLE bead artist. She was taught to bead by the late Mamotunusi Sekgamane, a former Monkeybiz beader. Originally from Dutywa in the Eastern Cape, Maphuza now resides in Khayelitsha, Makhaza. She loves beading because it keeps her busy and helps her stay stress-free, giving her both a creative outlet and peace of mind.
